With the family living in temporary housing, our approach to the design of the Rugendyke’s new house was driven by time, cost and resilience. Our aim was to create a home for this beautiful family that they could be proud of, that they would be comfortable in, that would cost less to build and to run than their previous home, and that was 100% fossil-fuel-free.
